Low neck fill. Cork in good shape. 13.8% alcohol. Dark garnet color with obvious bricking. Fruit drying out on palate with dusty tannins. Several years past peak. Not too much else to say. Sediment in last glass. A faded flower. 82/100.

Possible Opossum Sighting

That looks like an opossum. Look at the tail.

Dwatted Wabbits!

Last night my back yard trail camera was tripped 42 times all by wabbits! Where is Elmer Fudd when you really need him?

Coon! Coon! Coon!

As you can see, my trail camera caught an unwanted visitor in my back yard early this morning. This is what I suspect has killed some of my chickens.

Thieves in the Night

A while back I purchased a Wildgame trail camera to see what sort of critters come into my back yard at night to poach my chickens. I strapped it to the deck post near the chicken pen and here are the results from last night. So far no coyotes, racoons or opossums sighted but stay tuned.
