My post cards from Greenville going back to the early 1900s.
I can remember eating here. At the time it seemed very exotic for a kid who was used to the S & S cafeteria.
Note Palmetto trees on either side. These plates date from 30s to 50s I believe.
This post card was mailed but year is blurred. Note sign on top of building on right: "Our Country First Then Greenville".
An unused post card circa 1900. Interesting because it was printed in Europe. On back it says "Photochromed in Saxony".

An unused post card from the 30s. We used to drive through St. George on the way to the Brosnan Forest.
I took swimming lessons here. Rather than integrate, the pool was closed and seals were put in it.

An unused post card circa 1950. On the back it says" 'World's most unusual University,' stands without apology for the old-time religion and the absolute authority of the Bible."
An unused post card probably from the 1920s.I attended Wade Hampton High School. Greenville High was a big rival in sports.
Mailed on August 23, 1909 from Greenville to Albany, GA. On the back it states "Printed in Germany".
